It appears that many factors could have been the cause of this incedent. First, this is the second bottle failure in the history of nitrous oxide use, ever!!! The first being with NOS and this being the second. Obviously we have sold thousands of systems without damage. You need to understand that Mr. Shoenberger is not exactly being helpful in making a fast and productive resolution. He is paranoid that we will try to sabotage his "evidence", and will not let anyone look at it. The manufacturers of the bottle and of the valve need to see what happened to determine who is at fault. Mr. Shoenberger, in a phone conversation with me stated that he was "not interested in getting rich", he just wanted it to be like it was before so he could go racing. I don't know who is influencing him but they are doing him a disservice by convencing him to ask for half a million dollars or more. Mr. Schoenberger installed the system himself and never had us or one of our authorized dealers/installers inspect the installation on his vehicle. For all we know, he could have mis-installed the safety disk and that caused it to fail. We will never know unlesss he decides to cooperate. We want to do what is right but he is making it impossible. If you want any more detail on nitrous oxide itself, please write to mike@nitrousexpress.com . He is the owner of the company and he know everything there is to know about the product and it's uses.

Thanks for writing
